OVERCOMING EXPERIENCE

I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overpower it. Mat16:18.

We are in a situation wherein we have to fight everyday as the devil our enemy Like a roaring lion, is on the prowl looking for someone to devour. God says,"Though there are so much oppositions, my church will overcome all the tribulations and I will build my church". The more the Egyptians (enemies) oppressed the Israelites (God's people), the more they multiplied and spread. Only when God's hand is upon us we can prevail against our enemies and He will make us an overcomer.Let God give you grace to overcome everything.

God's strength:

He will keep the feet of His saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail. ISam2:9.

When God's hand is upon us our weakness will be gone and His strength will come upon you. I am able to do all things through the one who strengthens me.Phi4:13.

Prayer: Lord, I need your strength. It is by Your grace I am healthy enough to do all my work. For thou art the glory of our strength: and in thy favor our horn shall be exalted.

Through Prayer:

Mordecai wrote these matters down and sent letters to all the Jews to have them observe the fourteenth and the fifteenth day of the month of Adar each year. Est 9:21.

You will overcome the persons who want to overcome you. Don’t be afraid, Daniel, for from the very first day you applied your mind to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. I have come in response to your words. When you fast and pray God will definitely bring a change in your life. So long we might be defeated in many ways but from today you will prevail everyone who is against you as a divine help is always there for you from God.

Say this: I am going to have a victorious life in the name of Jesus from today. I will overcome through prayer. I am doing everything in Your strength and we go from strength to strength as we appear before you God. Amen.

Rely on God

That day the Israelites were defeated; the men of Judah prevailed because they relied on the Lord God of their ancestors. 2Chr13:18

Our God is a possessive God. He wants us to rely upon Him for all our needs. What is impossible for mere humans is possible for God. Only rely upon Him and God will take care of everything.

Prayer: Lord, I depend on You alone for all my needs. I know I will be safe and will be made fat as I trust in You alone.

Lord with us ( Immanuel)

I will make you as strong as a wall to these people, a fortified wall of bronze. They will attack you, but they will not be able to overcome you. For I will be with you to rescue you and deliver you, says the Lord. Jer15:20.

But the Lord is with me as a mighty terible warrior: Therefore those who persecute me will fail and will not prevail over me. They will be thoroughly disgraced because they did not succeed. Their disgrace will never be forgotten.Jer20:11. A simple trumpet and the praise of His people were enough for God to break down the wall of Jericho.Jos:20. The manner which God does His battle is beyond our understanding. Remember the prayer we offered will never go vain. He has kept everything in His account.

Prayer: God if You are on my side no one can be against me. Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!

Authority is given

Look, I have given you authority to tread on snakes and scorpions and on the full force of the enemy,and nothing will hurt you. Luke10:19

Jesus has given us the power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases, and He wants us to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. You are from God, little children, and have conquered them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.

Prayer: Lord, when the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked rule, the people mourn.You are a loving God and You always want your people to rejoice always for you have said, "Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I say, rejoice!".
